Between 15:40 UTC and 15:55 UTC, we experienced a transient degraded performance on some of our internal services which impacted different components of Plain. This issue is now resolved.

Webhooks: Couldn't be sent during this period of time. Delayed for a minute.
Channels > Slack: Couldn't process inbound messages. Delayed for a minute.
Channels > Email: Couldn't send outbound messages. Delayed for a minute, and we've observed some duplicate sends. Inbound emails couldn't be processed for five minutes either.
Sidekick: Couldn't process messages. Delayed for a minute.
No customer communications have been lost.
