We've identified a recent bad deploy at 17:51 BST which meant that calls from Ari to Turbopuffer started to fail.
Turbopuffer is used by Ari to search for knowledge, so only Ari replies that require knowledge are impacted.
We have found the issue and are currently rolling back.
