This incident is resolved. Between 9:31am and 10:05am PT, some incoming Slack messages were delayed in reaching Plain. This was caused by an issue with one of our third-party AI providers, which has been fixed. All delayed messages have now been delivered, with no action needed on your side.

This incident is resolved. Between 9:31am and 10:05am PT, some incoming Slack messages were delayed in reaching Plain. This was caused by an issue with one of our third-party AI providers, which has been fixed. All delayed messages have now been delivered, with no action needed on your side.
Monitoring
The issue has been fixed and new Slack messages are reaching Plain normally again. We’re now delivering the small number of messages that were delayed between about 9:30 and 10:00 AM PT, and we’re monitoring to make sure everything comes through.
Investigating
Some Slack messages sent to Plain are delayed and may not appear in Plain yet. No messages have been lost. We’re investigating, and delayed messages will be delivered to Plain once the issue is resolved. We’ll share another update soon.
